Our Team

Miriam Durack
Miriam is the Manager of Sigmar Health. Prior to Miriam joining and establishing her team she worked for 10 years in the NHS (National Health Service) in the UK, where she gained extensive knowledge of recruitment to the healthcare Industry. She has worked in numerous positions, such as  Business, HR and Operations  management. Miriam has worked on both local, national and international projects for the NHS.
 

Shauna O’Neill
Shauna O’Neill is heading up the Healthcare and Pharmacy section in Galway for the West of Ireland.  She is an Associate member of CIPD and is a registered recruiter of the REC professional body with 6 years   experience. She previously worked as  manager and senior recruiter working within the commercial and Healthcare sectors including Public Health Trusts, Hospitals, private residential Nursing homes and Independent Support Care living. 

Katarzyna Dudziak
Katarzyna is a recruitment consultant with Sigmar Health in Poland. Prior to joining the team she worked as a consultant for a British Recruitment company where she recruited medical staff for the UK, Holland and Middle East.

Jamie Harnett
Jamie is responsible for marketing and operations  at Sigmar Health recruitment. Jamie is an honours business graduate from Trinity College Dublin. He joined Sigmar in 2007 as marketing executive having returned from  Melbourne, where he worked for 4 years as a manager within the hospitality sector.

Miriam’s team has extensive knowledge of managing full recruitment needs for both well established organisations and start-up operations throughout Ireland, UK, Europe, Australia and the UAE.  In addition to the above the team is supported by our back end office, who manage our day to day office administration and payroll.
