CNM 2 -  Oncology Liaison Nurse

Our Client based in Cork are currently seeking to recruit an Oncology Liaison Nurse to work closely with the Consultant Medical Oncologist and the oncology team in the provision and the co-ordination of care for in-patients, out-patients and patients requiring transfer to outside institutions for other treatment modalities.  This will be an initial 8 month contract and will give you an opportunity to work with a very successful hospital.

The suitable candidate should:

•         Be fully registered with An Bord Altranais (www.aba.ie)

•         Have completed a Diploma in Oncology Nursing

•         Have at least 2 years experience within cancer care

•         Management course or other relevant post registration course would be an advantage

•         Possess well-developed leadership, interpersonal, and organisational skills

•         Be flexible and innovative

•         Be computer literate
